For impactful leadership in a world in transition

A unique journey with enriching insights

Be taken on a unique leadership journey to the rugged and inspiring landscape of Brittany. Join us and deepen your knowledge about biodiversity, leadership and sustainable transition.

The Cambridge Impact Leadership model guides this program. In this intensive five-day journey you combine insights from science and ecology with challenges in nature. The program connects personal reflection to practical application in work practice. It provides a powerful foundation for impactful leadership in a world in transition.

Travel with us to the end of the world, 'au bout du monde'

You’ll learn from experts, hike ancient paths along cliffs, and translate new insights into your own work context. With hikes, workshops, knowledge labs, campfire discussions and a concluding surf lesson or horseback ride, this journey offers a rare combination of depth and inspiration.
