Thank you for taking the effort to read our privacy statement. Also SUSC collects and stores your personal data for different purposes. You can expect SUSC to handle it properly. That is why it is called private data.

Personal data which we process

SUSC processes your personal data in the context of your use of our services and/or because you personally provide these data to us, including email address, name, gender, birth date, address, telephone number, bank account number and IP address. 

SUSC News letter. SUSC sends around 6 times a year a newsletter to people who enrolled and provided their approval. If you enroll for our newsletter your data will be processed by Brevo. For more details, please read: Brevo Privacy Policy.

Inrollment SUSC Training via the SUSC website. SUSC uses WPforms for enrollment purposes and your data will be processed by WPforms. For more details, please visit WPforms Privacy Policy: https://wpforms.com/privacy-policy/.

 

Special and/or sensitive data which we process

SUSC processes the following special and/or sensitive personal data relating to you: photo and video material. We will ask for your explicit consent to collect and use this data.

The purpose of and grounds for processing personal data

SUSC processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Processing your payment
  • Sending newsletters and/or mailings
  • To phone you or send you an email if this is necessary for carrying out our services
  • To inform you about changes to our services and products
  • To deliver goods and services to you
  • Automated decision-making

SUSC does not make decisions based on automated processing about matters that could have (considerable) consequences for individuals. This concerns decisions that are made by computer programs or systems, without the involvement of a person.

How long do we keep personal data for?

SUSC does not keep your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which we collect your data.

SUSC does not sell your data to third parties and only provides this data to third parties if it is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude processor agreements with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. SUSC remains responsible for the processing of your data.

SUSC only uses technical and functional cookies, and analytical cookies that do not invade your privacy. This means that you can submit a request to us to transfer the personal data that we have in a computer file to you or to another organization indicated by you. You can submit a request to view, correct, delete, have the personal data transferred or request the withdrawal of your consent to the processing of your personal data via info@susc.nl. We will reply to your request as soon as possible, but no later than four weeks.

SUSC takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized changes.
